Seeking a talented data analyst to join our team. An ideal candidate will support the IT Operations Team. Must have excellent technical writing skills to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our projects. You will join a team of talented professionals who work collaboratively with developers, project managers, and usability experts to carry our projects to completion. This role will evolve as a unique position with lots of room for growth and a variety of responsibilities based on the business needs.

Who You Are:

  • Experience defining data and business process requirements
  • Experience with eliciting, analyzing, and documenting software requirements, e.g. user stories, use cases
  • Knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of the Agile software development life cycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks
  • Strong time management and coordination skills and the ability to adjust to change

You Also Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance / IT / any related majors.
  • SDLC tools experience

As a BA You Will:

  • Support Maintenance and Sustainment of the legacy systems
  • Analyze the business objectives of various stakeholders and develop solutions that fit their business needs and issues
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into specific software requirements
  • Provide expertise in requirements analysis and elicitation
  • Develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with the technical team to continually improve application functionality, design, and usability
  • Perform quality assurance and evaluation procedures, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure project and system requirements are satisfied
  • Maintain current and accurate system documentation
  • Provide deliverables within the timeframes defined by appropriate personnel and review them to ensure quality standards are met
  • Provide Tier 2 Help Desk Support
  • Respond to all inquiries and requests from clients and end users in a timely fashion
