Must have excellent technical writing skills to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our projects. Who You Are:
- Experience defining data and business process requirements
- Experience with eliciting, analyzing, and documenting software requirements, e.g. user stories, use cases
- Knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of the Agile software development life cycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks
- Strong time management and coordination skills and the ability to adjust to change
You Also Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / IT / any related majors.
- SDLC tools experience
As a BA You Will:
- Support Maintenance and Sustainment of the legacy systems
- Analyze the business objectives of various stakeholders and develop solutions that fit their business needs and issues
- Understand business requirements and translate them into specific software requirements
- Provide expertise in requirements analysis and elicitation
- Develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with the technical team to continually improve application functionality, design, and usability
- Perform quality assurance and evaluation procedures, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure project and system requirements are satisfied
- Maintain current and accurate system documentation
- Provide deliverables within the timeframes defined by appropriate personnel and review them to ensure quality standards are met
- Provide Tier 2 Help Desk Support
- Respond to all inquiries and requests from clients and end users in a timely fashion
