Job Description
The Social Media Specialist plans and executes social media content (IG, FB, Twitter, Linked In, and applicable new platforms) for a number of businesses. This position works cross-functionally with many teams across the organization such as Ecommerce, Creative. The successful candidate will have to be extremely detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills. This position will also require an understanding of multiple types of business.

You Also Have:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing
- 2-3 years digital marketing & social media experience
- Strong command of design and content editing skills. Experience in copy-writing is a plus.
As Specialist, Social Media, You Will:
- Ideate and prioritize content
- Creates & edits social content (IG Stories, Reels, IGTVs)
- Compiles competitive research for each platform
- Manage monthly roadmap and compile weekly Social reports
- Execute monthly reporting and campaign-specific reports
- Lead specific seasonal events/campaigns in terms of strategy, concept, and creative
- Alternate posting across channels
- Partner with Creative team to ensure assets are optimized for social channels
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and news touchpoints or platforms
- Support community management, partner with the Customer Service team to advance proactive efforts
